Through the HP Microenterprise Acceleration Program Award ECDC Enterprise Development Group (EDG) will lunch Community Technology Le arn ing Center consisting of Computer Lab which will be used to conduct basic computer class training, a Resource Center that will be used as open Lab for EDG existing and potential clients to conduct Internet search, prepare business plan, and practice, and five to ten Business Incubators which will be used as transitional office for small business owners.
