HOW TO APPLY

1. Please read eligibility list.

2. Download application or call office to request copy to be forwarded by fax, email or regular mail.

3. Complete application (all sections should be filled out).

4. Contact Loan Officer to schedule meeting to discuss your application submittal.


Applicants will need to download and complete/sign the following forms:

• Application Form
• SBA Personal Financial Statement
• Collateral Statement
• SBA Debarment Form
• Co-signor form if applicable
• Mechanical Checklist to be completed by ASE Certified Auto Repair Shop
• Business Plan Outline that can be used as a guide
